Via our website

Via the ZenChef booking module
When you make a booking via our online system, the following data is collected:
First name and surname
Email address
Telephone number
Number of guests
Date and time of the booking
Room or table reserved, where applicable
Reason for the booking (birthday, event, etc.)
Comments regarding the booking request (allergies, dietary preferences, etc.)
Joint data controller: for bookings made via the ZenChef module, we are joint data controllers with ZenChef (63 avenue de Villiers, 75017 Paris, France). ZenChef acts as a technical service provider for the management of our online bookings.
What do we use your data for?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Management and tracking of bookings
Purpose: taking, managing and tracking your booking request, confirming your booking, and managing changes or cancellations.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and performance of the contract (your booking).
Retention period: 3 years from the date of the booking or the last contact, followed by retention in an archive for 5 years for administrative and evidential purposes.
Improving our website and services
Purpose: analysing website traffic, improving the user experience, optimising our services.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and improvement of our website.
Retention period: browsing data is retained in an active database for a maximum of 6 months.
Customer relationship management
Purpose: to respond to your enquiries, manage our relationship with you, and handle any complaints.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring the effective management of our relationship with our customers.
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact, followed by storage in an archive for 5 years.
Compliance with our legal obligations
Purpose: management and monitoring of our accounts, compliance with our tax obligations.
Legal basis: compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Retention period: duration of the current financial year, then retained in an archive for 10 years (6 years for tax obligations).
